Refunds and Returns Policy: At The Gadget Shop Kenya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer refunds and returns under the following conditions:

Refunds: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Returns: If you receive a defective or damaged item, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been personalized or customized.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
