Yes. TGSK offers same-day delivery within Nairobi where possible. Same-day delivery depends on order confirmation time, product availability, payment confirmation, customer location, traffic, and rider availability.

If same-day delivery within Nairobi is not possible, TGSK will arrange delivery within 24 hours after order and payment confirmation.

Deliveries outside Nairobi normally take between 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation, depending on the destination, courier availability, payment confirmation, and product availability.

TGSK’s standard shipping rate is KES 400 where applicable. However, the final shipping cost may depend on the customer’s location, delivery method, product size, order value, urgency, or special delivery requirements.
