6 Months cover for 3rd party brands bought from TGSK branches.

TGSK Brand Warranty

Full 1-Year defect warranty on all TGSK branded electronics.

Repair Protection

Up to 6 months warranty on all screen and hardware repairs.

Standard 6-month manufacturer defect warranty applies. Covers hardware failure under normal use. Does not cover physical or liquid damage.

Extended 1-year manufacturer defect warranty. Exclusive for TGSK branded products. Includes prioritized swap-based resolution upon defect inspection.

*All warranties are subject to physical inspection and TGSK branch validation.

Original Packaging Requirement

To qualify for any refund, swap, or warranty claim, the product MUST be returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.

What Is Covered?

Included in Warranty

  • Manufacturer defects in hardware.
  • Component failure under normal use.
  • Software issues (device OS).
  • Faulty factory assembly.

Exclusions (NOT Covered)

  • Physical damage (cracked screens, dents).
  • Liquid damage (water/moisture).
  • Usage of non-original chargers.
  • Tampering or unauthorized repair.
  • Power surge damage.

Refund Method

M-PESA / Bank Transfer

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment source or via M-PESA. Estimated processing time: 3-7 Working Days after inspection validation.
