In compliance with Article 46 of the Constitution of Kenya, TGSK is committed to protecting consumer rights and providing high-quality mobile accessories and electronics across Kenya.
2. Legal Capacity & Order Acceptance
By using this site, you affirm you are of legal age in Kenya. Under the Kenya Information and Communications Act, all digital transactions represent a binding contract. TGSK reserves the right to decline orders that do not meet our internal risk parameters or stock availability at our 17 nationwide branches.

All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable. TGSK accepts M-Pesa, card payments, and selected mobile wallets. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will be honored at the checkout price, pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act 2012.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Kenya, Mila Investments Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from TGSK.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kenyan courts.
